Dr. Woodburn earned his doctorate in dental surgery at The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1972. He served in the U.S. Public Health Service in Rio Grande City, Texas from 1972-1975, there he met and married his wonderful wife, Alicia. He moved back to his hometown of Amarillo to begin private practice. He and Alicia have three children.
Dr. Woodburn is committed to his practice and his patients. He regularly attends continuing education each year to keep abreast of the latest developments in dental treatment and technology. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church and Rotary Club of Amarillo. He is also on the Board of Regents of Amarillo College. He enjoys time with friends, family, home projects and outdoor activity.
